Hi. I have an 84 King. 're headlamps, my low beams are working. Highbeams do not. Light on dash comes on and all lamps go out. Is there a headlamp relay and if so, where would it be? What might it look like? Thank you. R

I do not believe there is a relay. The switch is mounted on the column. There is a rod that is connected to the turn signal lever. At the bottom of the rod is the high beam switch. They go bad. I replaced mine a few years ago. The steering column is standard mid 80s GM, so it is pretty easy to find the switch.

Thank you. I did find it literally failing apart.
