Hello, I was wondering if a 1984 king 33 uses 12 volt series or parallel circuit? The battery dealer Napa told me I need 2 batteries and they are hooked up Neg, to Neg positive to positive and I'm wondering if this is correct. Thanks

Its really your choice how you want to hook it up. You can use two 6 volt batteries in series, or two 12 volt batteries in parallel. Which ever gives the most capacity for the least dollar amount.

Two 6 volt batteries in series - the voltage adds together to make 12 volts. The capacity is the rating of the single battery.
(6 volt batteries have higher capacity, but less voltage)

Two 12 volt batteries in parallel - the voltage stay s the same, but the capacity add together.
(12 volt batteries are higher voltage, but less capacity)
