I'm going to make a guess that both tanks are in the rear, with the rear most tank being the smaller aux tank. Should be 100 gallons total 40/60. My tanks are aluminum, but the older ones were steel. My tanks do have drain plugs between the 2 tanks. even if it doesn't, you can turn the fuel pump on and just pump the tank dry. The fuel line hose will poke through the front frame plate, go through an inline filter and then into the mechanical pump on the side of the engine. If you pull the line off the filter, you can just run the electric pump that is over the rear axles to pump it out. Its kind of slow, but does work. I had to pump out my main tank - a 454 does not run very well on diesel fuel... oops.
