Anyone for 3D printing? One could probably have the lenses 3D printed at a fairly reasonable cost. I would not worry about the intellectual property, even if it really belonged to someone. The design would never be used again anyway, as it is not in style with any modern vehicle. The demand is not high enough for replacements, that it would be to anyone's value to manufacture them for a profit. The approach I would take is to only measure the outside dimensions of the mounting surfaces, and then design my own lenses. Have it done in semi-clear, with the intent on using a LED panel behind the lenses. No one really wants to use incandescent bulbs anymore anyway. Find an existing LED turn signal light that can be gutted and used, and then design the lenses around the LED guts.
