Having problems finding the converter (110 volt to 12volt) on a 1978 Revcon slant nose

I was hoping someone who has that version would reply, but since no one has, I will guess that it is probably in the same compartment as your AC cord. Mine is under the bed in the rear. There is a switch that turns it on, so you should hear it hum in the back bedroom. As old as these units are, its very possible to have been replaced, so who knows if it would even still be in the original location.
