Questions concerning the Cocktail table and overhead cabinets.

The 70s yellow/brown shag carpet is dirty, screams 1970s & needs replacing. It was installed in a continuous run from the floor up the wall behind the cocktail table. I am unable to ascertain why, after removing all visible screws/attaching hardware, the table is still anchored very securely to the wall.

Has anyone removed this table to complete an interior redo?

My interior wall covering (1/8" paneling) has cracks on both sides of the coach which makes me want to replace it which will require removing the overhead cabinets. They are screwed to the ceiling at the front, but with all the screws removed, they are still securely attached to the coach.

I thought I had a knack for tearing stuff up, but I am at a loss as to what I need to do next.

Anybody have any input or suggestions?

Your table is different than mine, as you have a storage compartment under your chairs. However you may be interested to know that when I removed my table, there were no less than 27 screws that held it to the floor and wall. I suspect you have probably missed a few.

I'm surprised your interior walls are paneling. Is this wood paneling? Revcon interiors normally are a plastic coating over an aluminum skin. The older ones, the plastic coating was porous and tended to absorb dirt. The later ones used a better plastic, and were mush easier to keep clean. Was your paneling added by a previous owner?
